Welcome to zodiactimeline.com. The zodiactimeline.com website (the “Site”) is operated by ZodiacTimeline.com. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and notices on this page (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

ZodiacTimeline.com publishes daily horoscopes, astrological readings and related information (the “Content”) for reflection and entertainment.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how the Site handles information.

Readings are for reflection and entertainment

Horoscopes and readings on the Site are general guidance written for each zodiac sign. They are not personal predictions, and they do not guarantee any outcome or event.

Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not use the Content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and do not delay seeking such advice because of anything you read here. Decisions you make based on the Content are your own responsibility.

Astronomical data

Planetary positions and event times are computed from NASA JPL ephemeris data and checked against published references. They are provided as is. Times are shown in your device’s time zone and may differ from other sources because of rounding, time-zone settings or different calculation methods.

Electronic communications

Visiting the Site constitutes electronic communication. You agree that all notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children under thirteen

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Links to other sites

The Site may in the future contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are not under the control of ZodiacTimeline.com, and ZodiacTimeline.com is not responsible for their contents or for any changes to them. Any such link is provided only as a convenience and does not imply endorsement by ZodiacTimeline.com.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may share links to pages on the Site, and the Site’s share images may be shown with those links.

All Content on the Site, including text, horoscopes and readings, graphics, logos, images and the compilation of them, and the software used on the Site, is the property of ZodiacTimeline.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as permitted above, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of ZodiacTimeline.com. You will not remove or alter any copyright, attribution or other proprietary notices. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content by using the Site.

Third-party materials used on the Site, such as public-domain ephemeris data and fonts distributed under the SIL Open Font License, remain subject to their own terms.

Prohibited use

As a condition of your use of the Site, you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You will not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it, including by automated or bulk downloading of Content, scraping, or framing the Site within another website. The only automated access we allow is by search engines and AI assistants that follow the Site’s robots.txt in order to index its pages and link to or cite them. This does not permit copying, collecting or republishing the Content. You will not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.

International users

The Site is controlled, operated and administered by ZodiacTimeline.com from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You will not use the Content in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ZodiacTimeline.com and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. ZodiacTimeline.com reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will fully cooperate with ZodiacTimeline.com in asserting any available defenses.

Arbitration

If you and ZodiacTimeline.com are unable to resolve any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, at law or in equity, the dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered on it in any court having jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action, proceeding or arbitration arising out of these Terms shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims regarding these Terms or arising directly or indirectly from them, including tort claims. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision, and the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the arbitrator. This provision survives the termination of these Terms.

Class action waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class, representative or collective actions are not permitted. YOU AND ZODIACTIMELINE.COM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, INCLUDING ANY PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. Unless both you and ZodiacTimeline.com agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

THE CONTENT AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE SITE, AND ZODIACTIMELINE.COM MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES TO IT AT ANY TIME.

ZODIACTIMELINE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS OR ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT, SOFTWARE, SERVICES OR RELATED GRAPHICS ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH CONTENT, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. ZODIACTIMELINE.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THEM, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZODIACTIMELINE.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ZODIACTIMELINE.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. Termination, governing law and general terms

ZodiacTimeline.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site that are not subject to arbitration. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including this section.

No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and ZodiacTimeline.com as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits ZodiacTimeline.com’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations above, that part will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original, and the rest of these Terms will continue in effect.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ZodiacTimeline.com with respect to the Site and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, about the Site. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business records originally generated and kept in printed form. These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language.

Changes to these Terms

ZodiacTimeline.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and the most current version supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically.
